On Saturday, February 16th, Mount Saint Mary College’s Men’s Basketball Team took home a huge win against Farmingdale State College. It was the last time seniors Chris Frey, Dylan McCann, Lenny Ragaglia, and Ryan Straub would play at home in the regular season.

The Knights started off strong in the first half with returning senior Lenny Ragaglia racking up three-pointers to give them a 31-15 lead. In the second half, junior Dante Howell earned a career high of 15 points, while juniors Joe Henian and Joe Haibach earned 14 and 11 points, respectively, to help lead the knights to victory.

Farmingdale forged a comeback in the second half, but it was not enough to beat the Knights. With their 70-61 win, the Knights earned a third seed in the Quarterfinals of the National Skyline Conference Tournament. They have since defeated Yeshiva University by the score of 52-44. The Knights will now advance to the Semifinals against SUNY Purchase on Thursday.
