Knight Notes hosted MSMC’s First Talent Show, Mount’s Got Talent, on Feb. 8 in the Aquinas Theater. The show was not just a showcase of student talent, but a competition between the 10 participants.

The students who competed were: Emily Fricano (junior), Loraine Oswald (sophomore), Rosemarie Budhwa (junior), Kathleen Doherty (sophomore), Ben Lindenauer (senior), Chandlir Radcliffe (sophomore), Alex Perlak (junior) and Lily Chimenti (senior), Ella Collins (freshman) and Larry Arnold (junior). Each one performed their own personal talent, whether that be singing, playing an instrument or dancing with a baton and ribbon, and then answered a question from host Destiny Bettica, a Mount junior.

Judging the students were Guzman Resident Director Roger May, Mount Chaplin Father Greg, and Mount senior Derek O’Hanlon.

After an hour of performances, the judges spoke and decided the first, second and third prize winners. In third place was Radcliffe with a prize of a $10 Target gift card. In second place was Collins with a prize of a $15 Target gift card. In first place was Perlak and Chimenti with a prize of a $25 Target gift card.
