Benefits of Juicing

Juicing offers many life-enhancing health benefits, and from my own experience, I know how beneficial juicing can be.

According to rebootwithjoe.com/juicing/benefits, drinking fresh juice can help us adopt healthier eating patterns, and offers a more efficient way to absorb immune boosting nutrients naturally found in fruits and vegetables.

“Juice is too sugary,” or “it won’t fill me up,” are some common things heard from skeptics.  From my own experience, I have found that your stomach does not get that overly full and stuffed feeling from drinking a juice, yet your body feels satisfied and nourished.

Juicers can be expensive to purchase, but is a wise investment for those looking to replenish their body with necessary nutrients.

Nature’s Pantry, located in Fishkill, has a juice bar where they make a small or large juice right in front of you.  They have a couple different options to choose from.  My personal favorite is the KCLEAP juice.  It is a very green and leafy drink with lots of apple to hide away the more earthy flavors.

When I first started juicing I had no idea the transformation my body would make.  Within two weeks I had lost 15 lbs, and after a month of juicing I had lost over 30 lbs.

My energy was up and my body felt completely nourished and satisfied.  I juiced for almost all meals however, I also munched on almonds and various nuts because it is difficult to only juice alone.
